Prof. Meera a promising author, reseracher and guide. Currently working as Professor in Department of Library and Information Science, University of Delhi, Delhi . She has done her B Sc, BLISc, MLISc, from Bananas Hindu University and obtained her Ph.D. degrees from Department of Library and Information Science, Karnataka University, Dharwad. She started her career as Assistant Librarian from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. Dr. Meera has co-edited 4 books, written more than 55 papers for national and international journals, participated and presented papers in national and international conferences, member of journal's editorial boards and various committees.
