Dr Mahesh Chand, holds a Doctorate from University of Delhi, besides he has earned his Master’s and Bachelor degrees from University of Delhi and Bachelor and Master’s degree from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and UGC-JRF (1992) in Library and Information Science. He is presently working in Jawaharlal Nehru University as Deputy Librarian (Level-13 A) and has 30 years of professional experience. He has extensively published research articles in international and peer reviewed professional journals. Dr. Chand has attended several international and national LIS professional conferences and delivered several invited lectures.
