Shri Kumar Sanjay is a practising Librarian, an administrator, a researcher and a teacher. Presently working as Director (Library), NITI Aayog. Previously hold many responsible positions, viz., Chief Librarian-cum- Documentation Officer in the Library and Documentation Centre of NITI Aayog, New Delhi and Library and Information Officer in UPSC, New Delhi. He has done M.Sc. (Physics), M. Phil (LIS) and MCA. Sh.

Mr. Kumar Sanjay has more than 23 years of experience in various Institutions and Government Organizations. He was/is a Member of Committees constituted by different Government Institutions for the categorization of their Libraries. He had organized several programs/ activities in his Libraries. Have organized Conferences, seminars and workshops. Edited CGLA Newsletter and various Conference volumes. Published many articles in various national and international Journals.
