Shri ML Kachroo, a vetran teacher and pionner in bulding DLA. He served more than 33 years at INSDOC (now known as NISCAIR). He retired as Senior Documentation Officer from INSDOC in 1990. He is honorary teacher of library science at School of Library Science, Delhi Library Association since last 68 years. He also served as President, General Secretary, Treasurer and Registrar of Delhi Library Association.
