Mr. Rahul Kumar Singh is currently working at Nehru Memorial Museum & Library (NMML), under Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Prior to joining NMML, he also served at Regional INFLIBNET SOUL Service Centre Delhi, IGNOU, & DLA. He holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science, PGDCA and has also qualified UGC-NET in LIS. He has authored 10 research papers published in national & international scholarly research journals and presented two papers at conferences. Currently he is the Assistant Editor of International Journal of Library, Information, Networks and Knowledge (IJLINK). He is life member of Indian Library Association (ILA), Delhi Library Association (DLA), and Central Government Library Association (CGLA).
